[ Environmental Policy of Dynax Corporation ]
[ Principle ]
We provide the world with environmentally-friendly products fitting to the earth in the future. With our corporate spirit,"Already in the future", we place the environmental issues on the earth among important management policies, establish an environmental control system and engage in environmentally- friendly business activity.
[ Basic Policies ]
1. We will recognize the influence on the environment of our production of friction plates, reaction plates, etc for passenger cars and heavy-duty vehicles, and try our best to protect the environment and continue to improve the system for the protection of the environment.
2. We will comply with the laws and regulations on the protection of the environment and try our best to control pollution and conserve the environment.
3. We will try to make effective use of raw materials and energy, improve the control of waste product and cut down on waste.
4. In order to implement the above policies, we will set our aims and objectives and engage in business activity accordingly. We will also reconsider these aims and objectives periodically and continue to improve the environmental control system.
5. We will educate all our employees, factory workers and suppliers and make them realize the importance of conserving and protecting the environment.
6. We will make these environmental policies known to the public.

Tree Planting for EXEDY DYNAX Forest of Pleasure
We named the land struck by a typhoon around Lake Shikotsu "Forest of Pleasure" and planted trees as an environmentally friendly activity in October 2008.
In spite of a holiday, many employees and their family participated in the event and planted almost 1,500 nursery trees in the land for the forest of pleasure in the future.
